    What to tell us about your project

    A few details help us give you useful advice from the start. So please tell us:

    • the address of the property or site
    • what you want to do, in a few words
    • whether you have received a refusal, a notice or a decision letter
    • any deadline you are working to

    Photographs, plans and decision notices also help. However, do not worry if you have none of these. We can start with a conversation.

    2. You hear from us. Depending on your preference, we call or email.
    3. You get clear advice. Then we explain your options, the likely route and the timescales.
    4. You decide. Before we start work, we send a fee proposal, so you know where you stand on cost.
